The cadets are competing in an epic beach race and Gemma is determined to beat Pounce to the finish - until an emergency breaks out in the last leg.

The cadets help Neville overcome a bad case of the wobblies before competing in the Battle of the Boards swimming challenge.

Neville pretends to be royalty and builds himself a life-size sandcastle, but forgets Kangaroo Beach is due for a king tide.

A giant inflatable waterslide is erected on the lagoon, but before they can ride, the cadets must teach the younger kids how to float. When the waterslide blows out to sea, Wei's brand new floating skills come in handy.
13. Stay Calm & Snorkel
Gemma can't wait to explore on Snorkelling Day, but her snorkel gets in the way. Frizzy is being distracting while the cadets learn how to stay calm in the water, but in the end, it's Frizzy who teaches Gemma how to relax.

Pounce, Frizzy and Gemma each have their own personal superstar lifeguard hero. But during an action-packed ride-along day, they discover that it's not about the individual, but the team.

Big Trev is worried about passing his annual lifeguard fitness test, so Frizzy offers to help with an early morning boot camp.

When Reef and Roadie are rejected from the cadets' safety film, they disrupt the production with a set of pranks, but end up learning a valuable lesson about pretending to be in trouble when you're not.

It's Carnival Day at Kangaroo Beach, with two teams competing in lifeguard games. But it's the young cadets versus the lifeguards - how can they possibly win against a stellar team of grown-up champions?

When the cadets create animals out of rubbish they've cleaned from the beach, they dub them 'trash pets' and inspire other beachgoers to make their own, but things get out of hand and their treasure becomes trash once more.
20. The Lagoon Monster
When Pounce falls in the lagoon and gets covered in seaweed, the other cadets mistake him for a swamp monster, and decide they have to capture it.
21. Turtle Toddlers
It's the day of the big Kangaroo Beach beach cricket match, but when Gemma and the cadets find a nest of turtle eggs, they play 'parents', vowing to protect the eggs from seagulls, crabs and flying cricket balls.

When the cadets are put in charge of running the lifeguard club all by themselves, it proves to be the toughest - and most rewarding - day of their lives.

While scuba diving over the reef, Frizzy swims off from her buddy Big Trev in search of hidden treasure and becomes lost underwater.
24. Island Campout
Camping out overnight on Boomerang Island with the cadets, Frizzy goes on a late night hunt for an alien koala.
25. Sandy's Surf School
When Neville fails to learn how to surf as well as his friends, he builds a self-surfing surfboard - but it quickly lands him in hot water.
26. Brave in the Waves
When Pounce pretends he's an expert at diving under big waves, his friends ask him to teach them how - and he soon finds himself in deep trouble.
